Reserving Your Holland Lop
At Les Petites Lops, we want the reservation process to be clear, simple, and fair for every family. Our bunnies’ wellbeing comes first, so kits are never offered for reservation before they reach 4 weeks of age. Once reservations open, availability will be shared in advance on our Instagram @les_petites_lops, and waitlisted families always receive first opportunity to adopt.
To reserve a rabbit:
Send us a message once reservations open (requests are handled in the order received).
Sign and date a copy of our sales policy to confirm agreement.
Submit a non-refundable 50% deposit via Venmo to secure your bunny.
Waitlist spots are also available for families seeking specific colors, genders, or pairings. A $50 deposit (applied to the final purchase price) ensures you’ll be contacted first if a rabbit matching your request becomes available.
Please review our sales policies before reserving with us.
At Les Petites Lops, we’re committed to raising happy, healthy rabbits and matching them with loving families. If you’d like to be notified of upcoming litters, join our newsletter today!

What are your breeding standards?
At Les Petites Lops, we adhere to the ARBA standards for breeding Holland Lop rabbits. We focus on quality bloodlines, ensuring that our rabbits possess desirable traits for both show and companionship. Our breeding practices prioritize health, temperament, and well-being, allowing us to produce rabbits that excel whether on the show table or as a couch potato.
How do you maintain your rabbits' health?
We ensure our rabbits’ health by providing an optimal environment and feeding regime tailored for each rabbit depending on age, gender and show potential. Routine veterinary check-ups and disease prevention practices are integral to our process. We also pride ourselves on maintaining an exceptionally clean environment, which contributes to the overall well-being of our rabbits. All rabbits are provided litterboxes, and live in a climate controlled environment. Because Colorado cold can be chilling, and the heat brutal, we ensure our rabbits comfort with AC and proper ventilation.
Why Holland Lops?
We specialize in breeding Holland Lop rabbits, particularly focusing on chocolates and otters. Our goal is to produce rabbits that not only meet the ARBA standards but also have excellent temperament and physical traits. Each rabbit is raised in a family environment, ensuring they are well-adjusted and ready for their new homes.
Can I visit your rabbitry to see the rabbits?
We operate as a limited visitation rabbitry to maintain the privacy of our family, biosecurity protocols, and ensure the health of our animals. We do our best to provide up to date insight into our practices and care on our Instagram @Les_Petites_Lops. Transparency is our motto.
Do you offer a Health Guarantee?
No. However, every rabbit that leaves our rabbitry is, to the best of our knowledge, healthy at time of adoption. We stand by the quality of our breeding. If any health issues arise within the first few weeks, please contact us as we would like to be informed and work with you to ensure the best outcomes for your new rabbit.
What is your gender accuracy policy?
We do our best to sex each rabbit prior to reservation with sexing done after birth of the kits, as well as again at 4 weeks, and ongoing until re-homing However, sexing young rabbits is not 100% accurate. If you are determined to purchase a certain sex, we recommend adopting one that is not 8 weeks of age and encourage you to consider adopting one of our retiring adult rabbits. This is the best way to ensure accuracy. No refunds will be given to rabbits adopted at 8 weeks that are incorrectly identified as male or female.
